Qnity currently seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to organize, lead, and optimize warehouse operations at our Reynosa site. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory controls to ensure smooth flow between receiving, warehouse, and production areas.

The role demands at least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and English proficiency, and expertise in ERP/WMS systems such as QAD. You will coach staff and drive KPI performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with physical inventory, cycle counts, variance resolution and material handling.
• Experience coordinating shipments and preparing SLI, BOL, AWB with DHL/FedEx.
• ERP/WMS experience required; QAD experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and team-management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsible to organize, lead, plan, and manage the operational functions of the site’s warehouse and shipping activities. Manages the receipt, issue, and storage of materials, supplies, components, and shipping of the finished goods, and equipment. Accountable for the site warehouse’s transactional operational activity, which includes receipt, pick, pack, ship, and inventory management processes, which has direct systematic processing in QAD/ERP systems. Works closely with other functional teams, which includes but is not limited to: order management, engineering, production, planning, quality, and logistics, to ensure a timely and efficient flow of material between receiving, warehouse, and productions areas.

• Drive continuous improvement while meeting safety, quality, productivity, and KPI targets.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with physical inventory, cycle counts, inventory variance resolution, and material handling.
• Experience coordinating shipments and preparing SLI, BOL, and AWB documentation using carriers such as DHL and FedEx.
• ERP/Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience required; QAD experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and team-management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
