Zebra Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Querétaro, Mexico. You will manage receipt, inspection, and processing of shipments, coordinate order preparation, and oversee warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

You will work with forklifts and pallet jacks, train teammates, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the receipt, inspection, and processing of shipments to ensure quality and accuracy
• Coordinate order preparation and shipping with precision and timeliness
• Handle advanced inventory management, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records
• Operate and oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
• Train team members on proper equipment use and safety procedures
• Mentor and guide less experienced staff, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols
• Work with supervisors and team members to improve workflows and productivity
• Take initiative to solve operational challenges and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
• Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks

What We're Looking For
