Amazon is seeking a recent graduate to join its Operations team as a Shift Manager onsite in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. You will lead a diverse team to manage daily inventory control, quality assurance, and capacity activities, ensuring on-time delivery to customers.

You’ll learn the complexities of global operations, develop people leadership skills, promote safety, and collaborate with managers to standardize shift processes while maintaining exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience with computers and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferred.
• Ability to work a rotating, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
