A.P. Moller Maersk is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for rotating shifts at our Cuautitlán Logistics Center. The role involves end-to-end warehouse management, supervising a diverse team, and ensuring KPI-driven performance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience, familiarity with WMS and Excel, and strong analytical and continuous improvement skills. Power BI is a plus as we drive digital transformation.

Complete operational activities by developing schedules, assigning and supervising work, managing resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational issues, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.

Act as a liaison between the management team and team leaders, creating strong communication channels that support effective top‑down and bottom‑up information flow.

Manage daily operations end‑to‑end, from inbound to outbound, ensuring KPI compliance and motivating the team to achieve established goals.

Monitor and evaluate the productivity of each department on a daily and monthly basis, engaging with team leaders to provide constructive feedback and coaching

Warehouse Supervisory experience: 1–3 years

Desirable background in engineering or continuous improvement, and strong analytical skills.

Experience with WMS and Excel; Power BI is a plus.
