Maersk in Cuautitlán is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities on rotating shifts. You will develop schedules, supervise teams, manage resources, and ensure productivity standards while maintaining safety and quality.

You will drive KPI performance, coordinate with management and team leaders, and implement improvements using WMS, Excel, and BI tools. This role requires 1–3 years of supervision and a background in engineering or continuous improvement.

Formación

• Warehouse supervisory experience (1–3 years)
• Desirable background in engineering or continuous improvement with strong analytical skills
• Intermediate English preferred
• Experience with WMS and Excel; Power BI is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Complete operational activities by developing schedules, assigning and supervising work, managing resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational issues, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
• Act as a liaison between the management team and team leaders, creating strong communication channels that support effective top-down and bottom-up information flow.
• Manage daily operations end-to-end, from inbound to outbound, ensuring KPI compliance and motivating the team to achieve established goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the productivity of each department on a daily and monthly basis, engaging with team leaders to provide constructive feedback and coaching
