AP Moller-Maersk is seeking a Crossborder Execution Analyst in Monterrey to coordinate cross-border ground shipments, ensuring timely pickup, transit, and delivery while providing proactive shipment visibility. You will manage carrier and vendor interactions, monitor milestones, and resolve issues, collaborating with commercial, customer service and procurement to enhance the customer experience.

• 3+ years of experience in cross-border ground transportation operations.
• Proven ability to manage high shipment volumes (ideally 300+ cross-border shipments per month).
• Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage time-critical shipments and operational escalations.
• Solid knowledge of cross-border execution, including carrier coordination and milestones tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and coordinate cross-border ground shipments, ensuring timely pickup, transit, and delivery in line with customer requirements and service level agreements.
• Provide proactive shipment visibility and customer communication, responding to requests promptly and managing critical or high-priority loads with accuracy and urgency.
• Manage daily interaction with carriers and vendors, ensuring capacity availability, tracking milestones, and resolving operational issues that may impact service.
• Monitor and control operational performance, identifying risks such as delays or potential line stoppages and taking immediate corrective action.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, continuous improvement, and consistent customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate cross-border ground shipments, ensuring timely pickup, transit, and delivery in line with customer requirements and service level agreements.
• Provide proactive shipment visibility and customer communication, responding to requests promptly and managing critical or high-priority loads with accuracy and urgency.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in cross-border ground transportation operations, preferably within freight forwarding or logistics companies.
• Proven ability to manage high shipment volumes (ideally 300+ cross-border shipments per month) in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage time-critical shipments and operational escalations.
• Solid knowledge of cross-border execution, including carrier coordination, milestones tracking, and service level management.
• Conversational English proficiency, with flexibility to support critical situations outside regular business hours when required.
