A.P. Moller Maersk is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for rotating shifts at our Cuautitlán Logistics Center. The role involves end-to-end warehouse management, supervising a diverse team, and ensuring KPI-driven performance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience, familiarity with WMS and Excel, and strong analytical and continuous improvement skills. Power BI is a plus as we drive digital transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop schedules, assign and supervise work, manage resources and productivity standards.
• Act as a liaison between management and team leaders to ensure effective communication.
• Manage daily end-to-end operations from inbound to outbound with KPI focus.
• Monitor productivity and provide coaching to team leaders.
