• 10+ years as an IT leader shaping application development and platforms.
• Proven ability to steer technology strategy in dynamic environments.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations and innovation.
• Strong communication and proactive leadership across teams.

• Oversee platform integrations and implementation efforts for Mexico applications.
• Lead technical support during platform transitions and improvements.
• Define and drive efficiency and automation across technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with executives to prioritize initiatives and manage vendors.
