Element Fleet Management México is seeking a Product Manager to define, prioritize, and drive digital product and platform capabilities for Mexico operations and growth. You will work with stakeholders, engineering, QA, and technology leadership to translate needs into actionable roadmaps and delivery priorities.

• Experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, digital transformation, or technology delivery roles.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business, technology, and operational teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize based on value, risk, and feasibility.
• Experience supporting agile delivery teams and iterative product development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Product Vision and Roadmap Ownership: Own product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for assigned Mexico technology capabilities.
• Requirements and Backlog Management: Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Business and User Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Commercial, Client Success, Technology, and others to understand user needs and opportunities for digital enablement.
• Delivery Partnership and Launch Readiness: Work with engineering, QA, and delivery teams through development and release cycles; support validation, acceptance, and launch planning.
• Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Define KPIs related to adoption, efficiency, user satisfaction, and business impact; use data to refine priorities.
