Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Digital Content Senior Manager in Mexico City to lead content strategy and the creation of Citi content across pillars. You will oversee content calendars, ensure alignment with business objectives, and edit content for accuracy and impact.

You will collaborate with internal partners and agencies to optimize distribution, measure performance, and drive engagement through paid and owned channels. Strong leadership and compliance oversight are essential.

Formación

• 6–10 years of experience in content marketing or content strategy, with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders across key businesses to develop content that drives business objectives and meet KPIs.
• Own creation of Citi content for specific pillars, including oversight of the content calendar and editing of content.
• Identify relevant content amplification opportunities and manage content distribution.
• Oversee business, legal and compliance review of content and imagery.
• Provide recommendations with agency partners to ensure content is engaging and optimized for search.
• Review analytics and optimize content to meet traffic and engagement goals.
• Lead consumer strategy and pilots for LinkedIn, collaborating with global teams.
