Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial crimes compliance or related control function.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML monitoring, sanctions and CDD.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Provide independent financial crimes compliance oversight for Payments in LATAM & Canada.
• Lead specialized due diligence reviews for high-risk customers.
• Engage with Sales and control functions to assess activities and identify risks.
• Develop risk positions and governance materials for committees.
• Assess implications of new products and initiatives for financial crimes.
