Citi’s Services Financial Crimes Risk leadership role for LATAM is seeking a director to guide risk and controls across the Services business. Qualifications

• 15+ years in financial crime compliance or risk management.
• Strong understanding of international sanctions.
• Knowledge of payments, securities, custody, digital assets and related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Financial Crime risk across LATAM for Services business.
• Provide subject matter expertise to LATAM product, risk, ops and tech teams.
• Assess complex issues, structure solutions, and drive resolution with senior stakeholders.
• Manage AML, sanctions, ABC & Fraud and reputational risk in LATAM.
• Drive adherence to laws, regulations and Citi policies; map risk and ownership.
• Establish robust control environment with governance and reporting to senior management.
