JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Mexico City is seeking a senior Finance professional to lead Payments controllership and financial reporting. You will oversee close processes, ensure accuracy, and drive strong internal controls.

You will partner with product, P&A and business managers to translate activities into financial results, manage a cross-location team, and promote efficient, compliant operations. The role requires a professional qualification in Accounting or Business Administration, 10+ years

Qualifications

Professional qualification in Accounting or Business Administration.
10+ years of financial experience.
Ability to take ownership and lead teams.
Excellent communication and English language skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the integrity of Payments financial statements and manage month-end/quarter-end closes.
Partner with Product managers, P&A and Business Managers to translate activities into financial results and maintain strong controls.
Drive control developments, automate processes, and identify efficiencies.
Participate in projects impacting the business from controllership and MIS perspectives.
Foster strong relationships across finance teams regionally and globally to share best practices.
Create a high-performing team culture, guiding career paths and succession planning.
Lead a team distributed across locations, communicating clearly to stakeholders.
