The role requires senior leadership experience in FX, fluency in Spanish and English, and willingness to relocate to Mexico with full relocation support. You will manage the Mexico office, develop expansion strategies, build strong partner relationships, and ensure adherence to global and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as VP or senior leadership in an FX brokerage (min 2–3 years).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred; Hebrew is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Mexico office operations.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients.
• Ensure compliance with global and local FX regulations.
