Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership in forex/online trading.
• Native or fluent Spanish.
• Strong track record of growing revenue and teams.
• Deep understanding of forex/CFD products and platforms MT4/MT5.
• Knowledge of the Mexican or LATAM market.
• Solid understanding of compliance and regulation in online trading.
• Relocation to Mexico is possible.
• Experience in IB/affiliate model.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mexico market strategy, growth and P&L.
• Lead local sales, retention and support teams.
• Drive client acquisition, revenue and deposits.
• Develop relationships with IBs and affiliates.
• Coordinate with marketing on local campaigns.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting to senior management.
