Job summary

Eurasia Group seeks a seasoned business development professional to lead client acquisition in Mexico City and across Mexico. You will open doors with senior executives, convert conversations into engagements, and coordinate with Eurasia Group’s analysts and global teams to deliver tailored political risk insights.

You will report to the Director of Strategy, Latin America, and work from Mexico City, with authorization to work in Mexico.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business development, sales or client‑facing consulting.
• Hunter mentality with prospecting and long consultative sales cycles.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong written proposals.

Responsibilities

• Win new clients in Mexico as the primary market and manage the cycle from first conversation to signed engagement.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding relationships and offering research, advisory, and analyst access.
• Collaborate with analysts and global teams to design proposals and deliver client work.
