TopTalent Recruitment Agency is seeking candidates for an FX retention role in Mexico. The position offers the highest base salary in the FX market, plus competitive commissions and a full relocation package for candidates moving from abroad.

Ideal candidates are native or fluent Spanish speakers, with at least 6 months in FX retention, and strong communication and closing skills. Applicants must be based in Mexico or willing to relocate immediately to join a vibrant international office.
