FICO seeks an elite executive technology leader to accelerate ARR with enterprise AI solutions while building a scalable internal AI engineering organization. You will co-sell with sales, architect production-grade AI, and drive strategic enterprise growth. Expect global collaboration, high accountability, and leading edge RAG architectures.

You will engage Fortune 500 customers, shape roadmaps, and mentor a world-class engineering team to ship secure software at scale.

Formación

• Exceptional executive presence and commercial acumen.
• Mastery of deal strategy and scoping for enterprise deals.
• Expertise in LLM orchestration and AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of vector databases and enterprise RAG architectures.
• Experience with MLOps tools and production AI lifecycles.
• Strong cloud, data pipelines, and security awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales Leadership as the primary executive technical resource.
• Co-create AI architectures for multi-cloud enterprise deployments.
• Speak at major AI infrastructure conferences and engage analysts.
• Translate field feedback into prioritized product roadmap.
• Recruit and grow AI engineering talent across disciplines.
• Implement agile processes and delivery metrics for compliance and shipping.
• Oversee codebase, cloud infra, and GPU budgets to maintain margins.
