FICO, a leading global analytics software company, seeks an executive leader for a hybrid role to accelerate enterprise ARR and build a world-class AI engineering organization. You will partner with Sales leadership, co-design production-grade AI architectures, and architect strategic deals with Fortune 500 clients.

You will recruit, mentor top talent, implement agile processes, and oversee cloud infra and data pipelines to deliver secure, scalable solutions while maintaining strong margins.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience with enterprise customers.
• Experience translating customer problems into concrete proofs of concept.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive technical resource partnering with sales to compress enterprise cycles.
• Co-create production-grade AI architectures for multi-cloud deployments.
• Public-facing leadership: speak at AI conferences and write whitepapers.
• Translate field requests into prioritized product roadmap requirements.
• Recruit and mentor AI/infrastructure engineers to scale the org.
• Implement agile processes and delivery metrics for secure software.
