Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced AI Strategy & Enterprise Architect to lead AI transformation initiatives, define enterprise AI roadmaps, and drive adoption of Generative AI, Copilot, and Agentic AI solutions across global organizations.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on architecture, helping organizations accelerate innovation and unlock business value through AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of Azure architecture experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise AI initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, LLM-based Solutions, Python & PySpark, MLOps/LLMOps.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise AI vision, roadmap, and architecture strategy.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption.
• Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives and governance programs.
• Design scalable AI solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Lead the implementation of Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Architect Copilot and Copilot Studio workflows, integrations, and orchestration patterns.
• Design multi-agent ecosystems and knowledge-driven AI platforms.
• Establish MLOps and LLMOps for model lifecycle management.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Deliver executive presentations and AI enablement sessions.
