Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Punta Mita, Mexico, seeks a dedicated guest-operations associate to manage guest profiles, preferences, and personalized follow-up on Presidential Suite reservations, ensuring suites meet guests' requests ahead of arrival.

You will collaborate with the quality and operations teams to train staff on guest recognition, handle high-profile arrivals, and maintain data handling in line with privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Review guest profiles and preferences up to three days before arrival.
• Provide personalized follow-up on Presidential Suite reservations and inspect suites for requested preferences.
• Review guest communications and surveys to enrich profiles.
• Work with Director of Quality to train staff on guest recognition processes and platform usage.
• Communicate high-profile guest arrivals to the operations team.
• Meet corporate metrics for Guest Recognition.
• Support Reservations Department and related responsibilities.
• Handle guest data in accordance with privacy policy.
