Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and following up on Presidential Suite reservations
• Ability to enrich guest profiles and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborative mindset to work with Director of Quality and operations teams

Responsibilities

• Review guest profiles and preferences up to arrival
• Follow up on Presidential Suite reservations and inspect suites
• Assess feedback from Medallia and guest communications to enhance profiles
• Train and coordinate with the Director of Quality and staff on guest recognition processes
• Report high-profile arrivals to the operations team and meet guest recognition metrics
