Flint Hills Resources in Guadalajara is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join Koch Shared Services' supplier onboarding team. You will help streamline onboarding workflows, safeguard assets with strong financial controls, and maintain Vendor Master Data across ERP systems.

You will collaborate with procurement, finance, IT and operations, communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels. A bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard suppliers through platforms and workflows.
• Ensure sound financial controls to safeguard assets.
• Maintain Vendor Master Data across ERP systems.
• Review supplier information (Tax ID, bank details) per internal controls.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, IT to solve problems.
• Contribute to cross-regional initiatives and data quality reviews.
