Job summary

Johnson Electric's Zacatecas, Mexico site is seeking a Supply Chain Services Analyst to support supplier onboarding, master-data changes, banking updates, purchasing transactions, and ERP data maintenance.

You will collaborate with Buyers, Finance, and internal customers to ensure accurate records, compliant transactions, and timely supply chain operations while maintaining data integrity and process improvements. Strong English communication is required to work with global teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Postsecondary education in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of purchasing, supplier management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and supplier master data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new supplier setup and changes to existing supplier information.
• Manage supplier bank-change requests according to verification procedures.
• Maintain accurate supplier master data across ERP systems.
• Maintain approved supplier lists, certificates, and supplier-diversity information.
• Educate internal users on SOPs, approval hierarchies, and forms.
• Create standard purchase orders and blanket purchase agreements.
• Update PO pricing, terms, Incoterms, and other commercial information.
• Review ERP records and coordinate data-cleanup activities.
• Support cost-reduction initiatives and special procurement projects.
• Prepare clear reports and provide weekly updates on projects.
