Flex Guadalajara is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support teams that build great products and help drive growth. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will analyze material and supplier issues, monitor risks, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and generate reports for leadership.

The role requires Advanced English and a Bachelor's in a related field, with experience in supply chain or manufacturing. ERP proficiency and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Procurement, Accounts Payable, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Advanced English.
• Strong Excel and ERP systems knowledge.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve material, supplier, invoice, and payment-related issues.
• Monitor supply chain risks and support actions to prevent production or shipment interruptions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive timely issue resolution.
• Support payment planning, invoice reconciliation, and supplier account reviews.
• Generate and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and executive summaries.
• Lead supplier escalations and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
