SEGULA Technologies seeks a Systems & Requirements Engineer to define, author, maintain, and govern customer-level feature requirements for vehicle programs. You will bridge product planning, core engineering, software, hardware, HMI, and validation teams to translate customer expectations into testable, traceable requirements across the vehicle lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 1–5+ years of automotive product development with requirements engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the authoring, baselining, tracking, and lifecycle management of vehicle feature requirements.
• Deconstruct high-level customer needs into platform-level functional and non-functional requirements.
• Host requirement reviews with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve gaps and dependencies.
• Maintain full traceability from customer needs to software, hardware, and tests; assess change requests.
• Partner with test teams to set acceptance criteria and verification methods; ensure safety and regulatory alignment.
• Direct experience with writing and managing technical specifications using INCOSE-aligned methods.

Formação académica

ABET-accredited Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering

Master’s degree preferred
