SEGULA Technologies in Mexico City seeks a Feature Systems Engineer to lead CFO definition, tracking, and alignment across global vehicle platforms, translating voice-of-customer clinics into executable feature requirements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a unified global strategy for new feature development, applying INCOSE practices and ISO 26262 principles. 3–5 years automotive experience required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree ABET-accredited in relevant engineering field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on automotive product development or systems engineering experience.
• Strong ability to translate complex engineering topics for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• CFO Lifecycle Management: create, update, baseline, and track CFOs throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Requirements & Alignment Analysis: ensure CFO specs align with project goals and architecture.
• Global Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with engineering teams to deploy best practices for new feature introductions.
• Platform & Program Integration: support feature rollout across vehicle platforms and program-specific implementations.
• Voice of Customer & Benchmarking: conduct benchmarking and clinics to inform feature definitions and acceptance criteria.
