Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Systems & Requirements Engineer to define, author, maintain, and govern customer-level feature requirements for next-generation vehicle programs. You will bridge product planning with core engineering, HMI, software, hardware, and validation teams to translate expectations into clear, testable specifications for digital cockpit and connected vehicle features.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive requirements definition and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with INCOSE-aligned methods.
• Experience with DOORS tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation, authoring, baselining, review, approval, and tracking of requirements throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
• Translate user needs and benchmarks into platform-level engineering requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirement reviews across software, hardware, and systems engineering teams.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from customer intent to tests and validation.
• Collaborate with validation teams to integrate ISO 26262, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
