SEGULA Technologies in Mexico City seeks a Systems & Requirements Engineer to define, author, maintain, and govern customer-level feature requirements for current and future vehicle programs. You will bridge product planning, core engineering, software, hardware, HMI, and validation teams, translating customer expectations into testable, traceable engineering requirements across the full vehicle lifecycle.

Formación

Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering (ABET-accredited).
1–5+ years in automotive product development with requirements engineering experience.
Knowledge of automotive domains such as ADAS, Infotainment, Connectivity, Body, Propulsion, or Chassis.

Responsabilidades

Lead authoring, baselining, tracking, and lifecycle management of vehicle feature requirements.
Decompose high-level needs into functional and non-functional engineering requirements.
Host reviews with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve gaps and interface constraints.
Maintain full traceability from customer needs to software, hardware, and tests; assess change impacts.
Collaborate with test teams to set acceptance criteria and ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and related standards.
