Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Mexico seeks a Mid-Level UXE / CFO Requirements Engineer to drive the definition, authoring, governance, and lifecycle management of customer requirements for current and future vehicle programs.

You will translate user experience intent into system specifications and collaborate with Product Planning, Systems Engineering, Software, Hardware, HMI, and Validation to deliver clear, testable requirements.

Formación

• 1–5 years of automotive product development experience with direct responsibility in requirements definition, authoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to draft precise technical specifications and translate complex systems concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Functional understanding of vehicle networks, software/hardware interaction, and system architectures.
• Working knowledge of ISO 26262 safety-related requirements and applicable industry standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creation, review, baselining, approval, and lifecycle tracking of system- and feature-level requirements using ALM tools (e.g., IBM DOORS Next Gen).
• Translate customer needs and VoC feedback into platform-level functional and non-functional requirements with acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements reviews across global software, hardware, and engineering teams to resolve interface gaps.
• Maintain bidirectional traceability from customer needs to software, hardware, and validation test cases; evaluate change requests.
• Collaborate with validation to define test methods and ensure requirement coverage against safety and cybersecurity standards.
