Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Systems & Requirements Engineer to define, author, maintain, and govern customer-level feature requirements for vehicle programs. You will bridge planning, core engineering, HMI, software, hardware and validation teams to deliver testable, traceable specifications.

You will own requirements lifecycle, support system architecture, ensure traceability, and collaborate on safety and regulatory standards across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of automotive product development experience with requirements responsibilities.
• Experience in defining, analyzing, and managing lifecycle requirements.
• Familiarity with automotive domains such as Interior, Body, Electrical, Infotainment, HMI, or Connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Own authoring, baselining, review, approval, and status tracking of engineering requirements.
• Translate customer needs into platform-level functional and non-functional specs.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary requirement reviews to resolve gaps and interface conflicts.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability using ALM tools and assess change impacts.
• Ensure ISO 26262, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance with validation teams.
• Explain technical specifications to non-technical stakeholders.
