SEGULA Technologies in Mexico City is seeking a Systems & Requirements Engineer to define, author, maintain, and govern customer-level feature requirements for current and future vehicle programs. You will bridge planning, engineering, HMI, software, hardware, and validation teams, translating customer insights and benchmarks into clear, testable specifications across the vehicle lifecycle.

Experience in 1–5 years and ISO 26262 familiarity strongly preferred; the role emphasizes

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering (ABET-equivalent).
• 1–5 years automotive product development experience with requirements background.
• Familiarity with automotive functional domains (Interior, Body, Electrical, Infotainment, HMI, or Connectivity).

Responsabilidades

• Own authoring, baselining, reviewing, approving, and tracking requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate customer needs into platform-level functional and non-functional specifications.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary requirement reviews to resolve gaps and interface constraints.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from feature intent to software, hardware, and validation plans.
• Partner with validation teams to ensure ISO 26262, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
