Dauch in Celaya, Mexico seeks a Value Stream Manager II to lead manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals across a large value stream of 150+ employees. Responsibilities include production planning, resource management, budget performance, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, people development, and adherence to HSE standards to achieve operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 6–10 years of manufacturing and operations experience.
• Experience leading large teams (150+ employees).
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lean, CI, and production systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operations within the assigned value stream to ensure safe, efficient performance.
• Develop monthly and annual production plans and schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure quality standards and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Coach and develop supervisors and production teams.
• Manage budgets and monitor cost performance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Report performance and drive accountability across value stream.
