Formación

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in team leadership, shift supervision, or production management.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with support departments to meet operational targets.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean principles.
