Vertiv in San Luis Potosí, Mexico seeks a Value Stream Leader/Production Supervisor to drive safety, quality, and productivity in the assigned department. You will oversee inspectors, assemblers, and operators, coordinate with management on issues, and push for continuous improvement.

You will monitor KPIs, manage schedules, ensure safety, and collaborate with planning to meet production targets while fostering strong team morale and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or engineering roles.
• Experience in industries like HVAC, Automotive, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Fabrication or Electrical Power generation is a plus.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kanban, TPM, Kaizen, etc.) is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Capable to manage a new product line or participate in product transfer projects.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs to track progress and report performance to management.
• Direct and coordinate activities of production workers and operators.
• Plan work schedules and production sequences to meet goals; maintain capacity plans.
• Inspect materials and products to detect defects and ensure standards.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and promote a safety culture.

5+ years experience in manufacturing/​

Bilingual English/Spanish

Lean manufacturing knowledge

MRP/ERP systems

Oracle
