Gentherm México is seeking a Value Stream Leader to drive production schedules and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency within the value stream at our Celaya site. You will direct Group Leaders, coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Logistics and HR, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet targets. This on-site role requires a university degree and 3 years manufacturing experience, with English at an intermediate level to collaborate in our global team.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and direct the work of Group Leaders to meet the production schedule.
• Ensure that value stream metrics (safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and cost) remain within established targets.
• Oversee the performance of production lines under your responsibility.
• Identify deviations in productivity, quality, or efficiency and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure the proper execution of manufacturing procedures and work standards.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the value stream.
