Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • 6–10 years of manufacturing and operations experience.
  • Experience leading large teams (150+ employees).
  • Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of lean, CI, and production systems.

This role oversees a large operational area, managing multiple supervisors and teams of more than 150 employees while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
