Emerson seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee Planning, Manufacturing, Production, Shipping, and Maintenance within the plant. You’ll drive Lean Manufacturing, CI initiatives, and ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance while meeting on-time delivery goals.

You will develop, coach, and retain talent, manage budgets and key metrics, and partner with HR on labor relations. A strategic, data-driven mindset is essential for sustainable productivity and profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree as stated in the HTML.
• Minimum 5 years in Value Stream Manager/Operations Manager/Plant Manager or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Experience leading production, planning, maintenance, and logistics functions.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence.
• Experience managing budgets, metrics, and performance indicators; advanced English proficiency.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Value Stream Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading production, planning, maintenance, and logistics functions.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, operational metrics, and performance indicators.Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Experience in metalworking manufacturing processes, including casting, forging, machining, and assembly.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and data automation initiatives.
• Experience working in unionized manufacturing environments.
