Emerson is seeking a strategic plant leader to oversee Planning, Manufacturing, Production, Shipping, and Maintenance within the facility. You will ensure on-time delivery, drive Lean and Continuous Improvement, and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and EHS standards.

You will monitor key metrics, manage budgets, and develop top talent while collaborating across functions to achieve profitability and operational excellence. Advanced English is required for this leadership role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Value Stream/Operations leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience leading production, planning, maintenance, and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence.
• Experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Planning, Manufacturing, Production, Shipping, and Maintenance functions within the plant.
• Ensure on-time delivery commitments and customer service levels.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and EHS standards.
• Monitor and manage key operational metrics to meet business objectives.
• Oversee budget planning and cost control for efficiency and profitability.
• Develop, coach, and retain talent fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Participate in plant-wide strategic initiatives on productivity, quality, safety, and culture.
• Partner with Human Resources in labor relations and union-related activities.
