Emerson is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to take charge of planning, manufacturing, production, shipping, and maintenance at the plant. You will ensure on-time delivery, drive Lean and CI initiatives, and uphold quality, environmental, and EHS standards.

You will monitor key metrics, manage budgets, and develop high-performing teams while supporting plant-wide initiatives in productivity, safety, and culture. Excellence in leadership and data-driven decisions is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Value Stream Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Experience leading production, planning, maintenance, and logistics functions.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, CI, and Operational Excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Planning, Manufacturing, Production, Shipping, and Maintenance within the plant.
• Ensure on-time delivery commitments and maintain customer service levels.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and EHS standards.
• Monitor and manage operational metrics; drive actions to meet objectives.
• Oversee budget planning and cost control to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Develop, coach, and retain talent; foster a high-performance culture.
• Participate in plant-wide initiatives on productivity, quality, safety, and culture.
• Partner with HR on labor relations and union activities.
