Vertiv seeks a Value Stream Leader/Production Supervisor to oversee safety, quality, cost productivity, and employee morale in a manufacturing setting. You will liaise with management on manufacturing, quality, and process issues, and supervise inspectors, assemblers, and operators.

Responsibilities include planning schedules, monitoring KPIs, coordinating with planning teams, and driving continuous improvement. Bilingual English-Spanish preferred; Lean tools knowledge valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or engineering.
• Experience in Industrial, HVAC, Automotive, Healthcare, Telecom, Fabrication, or Electrical Power generation is a plus.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kanban, TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Capable to manage a new product line or participate in product transfer projects.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs; report to management.
• Direct and coordinate activities of production staff and operators.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to align operations and schedules.
• Plan schedules, assign work, and develop capacity plans to meet goals.
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects or issues.
• Provide training on equipment operations and safety procedures.
