TE Connectivity seeks an experienced Operations/Engineering leader to drive plant performance in a safety-focused environment. You will manage production programs, ensure quality and efficiency, and align with superintendents to meet targets. Strong leadership, SAP, Excel, and Lean skills are essential.

Role emphasizes personnel development, 5S compliance, and adherence to EHS policies, with coordination across departments to meet customer specs and production goals.

Formación

• 5+ years in Operations or Engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven managerial experience leading production teams.
• Strong personnel management and development skills.
• Experience using SAP in manufacturing environments.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with 5S and EHS policies and procedures.
• Understanding of STPS work regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and coordinate fixes.
• Effective communicator with negotiation and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Plant Operations focusing on safety and personnel integrity.
• Ensure production programs meet quality, productivity and safety targets.
• Coordinate with production control to achieve objectives.
• Oversee goal verification with Superintendents and teams.
• Ensure 5S compliance across the production area.
• Collaborate with other departments to satisfy customer specifications.
• Plan and organize to achieve plant goals and operations.
• Raise awareness of Safety Regulations and TE's Safety System.
• Forecast material needs with Superintendents before operations.
• Lead product elaboration processes and personnel to reach objectives.
