Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations in a fast-paced lab and production environment. You will coach teams, plan production, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality across shifts.

You will lead operators, collaborate with planning, maintenance, and engineering, and contribute to process improvements. Bilingual capability in English/Spanish is a plus; strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a high mix/high volume manufacturing environment
• Technical background in electronics/electricals required
• Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production targets
• Plan and review production work orders and manage labor/material/time requirements
• Ensure equipment is in working condition and coordinate with maintenance
• Lead process improvements with Manufacturing Engineering to enhance efficiency and safety
