Emerson is seeking a seasoned Environmental, Health, and Safety leader for a manufacturing environment. You will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust incident investigations. The role emphasizes risk assessment, training, and cross-functional leadership.

You will mentor the EHS team, collaborate with stakeholders, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Formación

• Experience leading Environmental, Health, and Safety programs in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Regulatory compliance, EHS management systems, audits, and CI activities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment methods, incident investigation techniques, and root cause analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across the organization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain occupational health and safety programs to support a safe environment.
• Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate risk assessments, JSA, and critical task evaluations to identify risks.
• Monitor compliance with environmental, health, safety, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
