Amazon is seeking an On Site Coordinator to own the impact within the FBA Ops program for 3P sellers in Mexico. You will identify blockers in shipping inventory, inbound recovery, and compliance, analyze return metrics, and escalate issues to ensure accurate inventory management across the network.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI development, and automation of weekly reporting to improve productivity and reduce defects in the fulfillment flow.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of operations management experience.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with program team to define KPIs and measurement methodologies for FBA seller defects.
• Understand drivers and impacts on business dynamics and productivity.
• Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Automate reporting for weekly metrics and identify areas to scale analysis.
