Amazon Mexico seeks an innovative Sr Program Manager to lead inventory management for FBA. You will analyze processes, partner with internal teams, and influence external partners to optimize inventory levels across Mexico.

The role demands strong analytical abilities, relationship-building, and project management. You will own initiatives from concept through execution, balancing stock and service levels while driving scalable improvements.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with Excel and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to optimize inventory processes and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders across regions.
• Analyze complex data sets to drive operational improvements.
• Set up performance tracking and reporting for sellers and inventory.
• Own escalations and drive autonomous execution.
