Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a User Development Strategy Senior Analyst in Mexico City to support data-driven decision making for LatAm.

You will work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights, drive user growth, and optimize key processes across DiDi Food. You will synthesize large datasets using SQL, build clear dashboards, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
• Strong foundation in SQL and solid Excel skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support data-driven insights and recommendations for managers.
• Revamp communications strategy to boost user growth.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends and performance gaps.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in strategic projects from data exploration to implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Ops, Product, Marketing).
• Create dashboards, reports and presentations to communicate insights.
