DiDi Global Inc. in LatAm seeks a User Growth Intern to support data-driven decision making, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Latam to drive growth and efficiency.

You’ll use SQL, Python or R to uncover insights and help shape strategy, with exposure to dashboards in Tableau or Power BI and strong Excel skills.

Fluency in English and Spanish and a proactive mindset are essential for success in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Formación

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R) for data analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary source of data-driven insights for the leadership team.
• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python or R to identify trends and opportunities across DiDi Food.
• Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure business goals are met.
• Lead strategic projects from ideation to execution with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and optimize processes.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations translating data into actionable insights.
