DiDi Global Inc. in LatAm seeks a User Growth Intern to support data-driven decision making, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Latam to drive growth and efficiency.

You’ll use SQL, Python or R to uncover insights and help shape strategy, with exposure to dashboards in Tableau or Power BI and strong Excel skills.

Fluency in English and Spanish and a proactive mindset are essential for success in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

As a User Growth Intern you’ll be the go-to expert for data-driven decision-making, working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Latam to drive impactful initiatives and find operational efficiencies. You’ll leverage your expertise in SQL, Python, or R to uncover insights and shape strategy. Role Responsibilities

Serving as the primary source of data-driven insights, providing actionable recommendations to the leadership team. Analyzing complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies across Didi Food. Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, ensuring the business stays on track to meet its goals. Leading strategic projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and optimize processes. Developing and delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable insights.

Role Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R) for data analysis and visualization. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement. Fluent in English and Spanish.
