Job summary

GenesisBPO in Mexico City is seeking a results-driven Sales Agent to sell loan products to U.S. customers. You will verify income, guide contract signing, and fund loans the same day, with a focus on fast follow-up and genuine conversations.

You will work on-site in Polanco, CDMX, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with daylight saving adjustments. Expect uncapped bonuses and paid training from day one.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in phone sales, collections, or lending.
• Comfort working in a high-volume environment (100+ calls per day).

Responsibilities

• Contact new applicants by phone, text, and email within minutes of applying, following a structured multi-day contact cadence.
• Ask discovery questions to understand each customer's needs before recommending a solution.
• Handle objections confidently and ask for the close.
• Guide customers through income verification, contract signing, and funding.
• Write personalized follow-up messages.
• Enter customer data accurately in our CRM.
• Meet daily and monthly conversion and funding goals.
